SWOM (Netherlands) stands for an inclusive labor market where everyone has equal opportunities. With 2.4 million people marginalized due to disability, background, or the law, there is still much to be done. We aim to remove barriers and develop talent because everyone has something to offer. Working with professionals, employers, and policymakers, we strive for a society where everyone can contribute and thrive. With experience and knowledge as a crucial component, we aim to create policies and solutions that truly make a difference. Our mission began with the founder Bart de Bart, who faced the challenges of disability and decided to help others. Now, with a team of sixty colleagues, we work every day to make the world a more diverse and inclusive place where everyone has the opportunity to participate.
